Do you do the whole remodel, or just the floor?

Both. Plenty of customers have us do floors only. Others have us take on the full kitchen or bathroom. When a job needs a trade we don't self-perform, we say so up front and tell you whether we're coordinating it or you are , we don't quietly hand your job off and disappear.

Can I buy my own material?

Yes, and a lot of people do. If you've already bought flooring or you'd rather shop it yourself, we'll quote labor only and tell you exactly how much to order so you're not making a second trip. If you'd rather we handle it, we will.

Do you tear out and haul away the old flooring?

Yes, and it's in the quoted price , carpet, pad, tack strip, tile, and the staples. You won't get a separate disposal line item after the fact.

Do we have to move our own furniture?

No. We move it and we move it back. We do ask that you clear out breakables, electronics, closets, and anything you'd rather handle yourself.If you prefer to move your own furniture we can deduct this from the quote.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're locally owned and operated out of Spring Hill, fully insured, and happy to send our license and certificate of insurance before you sign anything.

We come to you, measure every room, and check the subfloor. No charge and no pressure to decide that day.

02 Pick your material

We can bring samples and lay them out in your own lighting or even shop the products with you! Already bought your own material? That's fine too.

03 One written price

Material, tear-out, haul-away, prep, and labor in a single number, with a start date attached.

04 Installation

Same crew every day. We move furniture, contain dust, protect the rooms we're not in, and clean up nightly.

05 Walk it together

Before we load the trailer we walk every room with you.

Remodeling & custom work

Floors are the bulk of what we do, but they're not the limit. We take on kitchens, bathrooms, and custom tile as full jobs , same standard of finish.

Kitchen remodels

Floors, backsplash, tile surrounds, and the trim work that ties it together. We'll tell you plainly which parts we self-perform and which we don't.

Bathroom remodels

Tile floors, shower walls and pans, niches, benches, and waterproofing done properly behind the tile where you'll never see it.

Backsplashes

Subway, mosaic, picket, slab, and full-height runs. Usually a short job and the cheapest way to make a kitchen look new.

Custom Work

Accent walls, fireplace surrounds, mudrooms, laundry rooms, patios and lanais. Bring us the idea we will tell you if we can do it!
